Video Proof & Digital Delivery: Within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, you will receive a digital video file sent directly to your email inbox. This video serves as empirical confirmation and digital proof that your requested alignment work has been fully executed and completed by the practitioner.
Client Integration Protocols: Along with the video proof, your email will contain specific post-delivery instructions, daily protocols, and mindfulness expectations ("Integration Work").

2. Client Responsibility for Manifestation

Active Integration Required: By purchasing, you acknowledge that our alignment work requires active participation on your end. To maintain and support the cycle of your personal manifestation goals, you must strictly follow the post-delivery integration protocols sent to your inbox.
Variable Timeline: Metaphysical and energetic shifts take time to fully develop. Because this depends entirely on individual integration and external variables, the timeline for full development is unknown. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific or immediate physical outcomes.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Fully Customised Digital Services: Because every alignment is uniquely performed in your name and results in a customised digital media delivery, the Company operates under a strict no-refund policy.
Once your payment is processed and the customised alignment work has commenced, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Alignment Modification and Neutralisation Policy

Written Request Required: If you choose to have the completed alignment work modified, halted, or energetically neutralised, you must submit a formal request via email.
Additional Services Fees Apply: Neutralising or altering a completed alignment requires entirely new time, labor, and separate media tracking. Therefore, these requests are treated as a new order, and standard service fees will apply before the secondary process is initiated.
